As Gross sales / Workplace Administrator working inside a longtime Administration workforce you’ll:-

• • Talk with prospects by way of phone and emails coping with enquiries and offering quotes.
  • Be liable for processing prospects’ orders and producing all related help documentation by way of the corporate’s pc software program.
  • Taking buyer orders, creating the gross sales orders on firm software program, and changing them into Supply Dockets – guaranteeing all paperwork is full & despatched with shipments/deliveries.
  • Be liable for changing supply dockets for UK prospects into industrial invoices and packing lists (on a weekly foundation).
  • You’ll play a key position inside the workforce, coordinating with members to make sure integration, consistency, and high quality of product data.
