A Falcarragh man has appeared in courtroom charged with making threats to kill or trigger critical hurt to his father.

Hugh McCready, 42, appeared by videolink at Letterkenny District Court docket.

He’s charged that on February 2nd final at Ray, Falcarragh, made a menace to kill or trigger critical hurt to his father, John McCready.

The cost is Opposite to Part 5 of the Non-Deadly Offences Towards the Individual Act, 1977.

The courtroom was advised that the Director of Public Prosecutions had determined the case might be heard summarily earlier than a Decide on the district courtroom.
