A person charged with stealing a pair of tracksuit bottoms from a Donegal Garda Station has had his case struck out after Gardai did not carry the proof to courtroom.
Tony Ward appeared at Letterkenny District Court docket charged with theft at Milford Garda Station.
Requested by Decide Eiteain Cunningham if he wished to plead responsible or not responsible, Mr Ward mentioned not responsible as this was only a sensible joke.
