Letterkenny AC’s Claire McGuigan gained the ladies’s race on the Larne 10 miler with an excellent time of 60:48.
On a day of wind and rain it was a complete victory, with the 2nd place finisher Elisoa Crawford ending in 63:51.
LAC meets Tuesday 5.15pm and at 6.30pm for an interval operating session, Thursday night for a hill run at 6pm, Saturday morning at 9.30am for a tempo run and Sunday morning at 8am for a future.
All runs begin on the Aura. All ranges catered for and inspired.
Match 4 Life which is run by LAC at the side of the Donegal Sports activities Partnership takes place each Monday at 5.45pm on the monitor on the Aura Leisure Centre Letterkenny.
The purpose of the programme is to succeed in out to those that want to enhance their health and all are most welcome any Monday they select to attend.
Match 4 Life will not be about velocity however health and the coaches from LAC significantly welcome newcomers.
