A lady has pleaded not responsible to passing £280Stg in counterfeit notes at a Letterkenny comfort retailer.

Mihaela Niculae was earlier than Letterkenny District Courtroom on Monday.

Niculae, a 46-year-old of Riverside Flats in Letterkenny pleaded responsible to a separate incident of theft.

Niculae was aided by an interpreter when she appeared earlier than Decide Éiteáin Cunningham.

It was alleged that Niculae handed as real 9 £20 notes at Kernan’s, Decrease Most important Road, Letterkenny, on January 27, 2019.

Niculae was additionally charged with passing as real 5 £20 notes at Kernan’s, Decrease Most important Road, Letterkenny, on January 28, 2019.

By her interpreter, Niculae pleaded not responsible to each costs.

The accused lady was charged with stealing razor blades and airfreshenders to the worth of €65. The costs are opposite to Part 4 of the Felony Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act, 2001.

Niculae spoke to plead responsible to this cost.
