Letterkenny Athletic Membership is having its annual Christmas Dinner and awards evening on Saturday the ninth December within the Radisson Blu Lodge at 7.30pm.
Tickets are actually obtainable from the committee members and in addition on the klubfunder.com web site.
All members each previous and current are welcome to attend.
LAC meets Tuesday 5.15pm and at 6.30pm for an interval working session, Thursday night for a hill run at 6pm, Saturday morning at 9.30am for a tempo run and Sunday morning at 8am for a long term.
All runs begin on the Aura. All ranges catered for and inspired.
Match 4 Life which is run by LAC at the side of the Donegal Sports activities Partnership takes place each Monday at 5.45pm on the monitor on the Aura Leisure Centre Letterkenny.
The goal of the programme is to succeed in out to those that want to enhance their health and all are most welcome any Monday they select to attend.
Match 4 Life isn’t about pace however health and the coaches from LAC notably welcome newcomers.
