Letterkenny Athletic Membership (LAC) is celebrating after its athletes secured spectacular wins in a really aggressive area on the North West 10k over the Financial institution Vacation weekend.

Mark Grennan of LAC was first dwelling in a implausible time of 32:23, reclaiming the title after his first win in 2022.

LAC on the North West 10k on Monday

Within the Belfast Metropolis Marathon Claire McGuigan of LAC ran an excellent time of two:50:06 whereas Samuel Rankin ran 4:19:42.

The Hickey, Clarke & Langan Inter Companies 5km is scheduled to happen on Tuesday the 14th Could 2024 at 7.30pm from Diver’s Hyundai on Canal Highway, Letterkenny

LAC meets Tuesday 5.15pm and at 6.30pm for an interval working session, Thursday night for a hill run at 6pm, Saturday morning at 9.30am for a tempo run and Sunday morning at 8am for a future.

All runs begin on the Aura.  All ranges catered for and inspired.

Match 4 Life which is run by LAC at the side of the Donegal Sports activities Partnership takes place each Monday at 5.45pm on the monitor on the Aura Leisure Centre Letterkenny.

The goal of the programme is to succeed in out to those that want to enhance their health and all are most welcome any Monday they select to attend.
