The Belfast Half Marathon was nicely supported by Letterkenny Athletic Membership final weekend.

Ann Marie McGlynn gained the ladies’s race in an excellent time of 1:14:53.

Different Letterkenny AC members together with Gary Kearns ran an outstanding time of 1:34, a private greatest whereas Chris McMenamin and Ciaran O’Donnell each crossed the road in 1:42. Chris’s time was additionally a private greatest. Noel Lynch completed in 1:47.

Nicely executed to all LAC athletes.

The Donegal Shane Bonner Memorial 5km run produced some positive performances. The occasion was hosted by LAC and as soon as once more Divers Hyundai kindly sponsored and facilitated the occasion.

LAC meets Tuesday 5.15pm and at 6.30pm for an interval working session, Thursday night for a hill run at 6pm, Saturday morning at 9.30am for a tempo run and Sunday morning at 8am for a future.

All runs begin on the Aura. All ranges catered for and inspired.

Match 4 Life which is run by LAC along side the Donegal Sports activities Partnership takes place each Monday at 5.45pm on the monitor on the Aura Leisure Centre Letterkenny.

The goal of the programme is to succeed in out to those that want to enhance their health and all are most welcome any Monday they select to attend.

Match 4 Life shouldn’t be about pace however health and the coaches from LAC notably welcome newcomers.
