A Letterkenny lady who grew to become concerned in a row within the city has been fined after she appeared in court docket.
Susan Orr, of Ballymacool Wooden, was charged with a public order offence following an incident at Decrease Principal Avenue on January 14th final.
Letterkenny District Court docket heard how the 44-year-old had been intoxicated on the night time.
Garda Sergeant Gerard Dalton stated Ms Orr had been ‘verbally aggressive’ to Gardai and was arrested for her personal security.
Her solicitor Rory O’Brien stated different events had been concerned in a melee and that Ms Orr had been on the fringes of the incident and had alcohol on board.
Choose Eiteain Cunningham fined Orr €300 and gave her six months to pay.
