Lodge employee kicked and pushed man in Letterkenny nightclub

A lodge employee who kicked and pushed one other man in a Letterkenny nightclub has appeared in courtroom.

Michael Korytkowski, 41, appeared at Letterkenny District Court docket charged with assault.

The cost pertains to an incident at Pulse Nightclub on July twenty second, 2022.

The courtroom heard how Gardai spoke to the accused after a person claimed he had been pushed and kicked by him contained in the membership.

The incident had been captured on CCTV.

The altercation occurred following an “alternate of phrases” between the 2 males which was “regrettable”, the courtroom was advised.

Garda Sergeant Gerard Dalton stated Korytkowski, of The Maples, Lismonaghan, Letterkenny, had no earlier convictions in any respect.

He labored part-time in a neighborhood lodge and had apologised to the sufferer.

The courtroom was advised by the accused man’s solicitor that he was “not a preventing man.”

Choose Eiteain Cunningham requested Sergeant Dalton if the sufferer had suffered any accidents on account of the assault and she or he was advised that they have been “smooth tissue” accidents.

She adjourned the case till March eleventh for a suggestion of compensation and a sufferer influence report.
