A person has been charged with seven counts of harmful driving throughout a chase via numerous townlands in Ballyshannon.

Mark Jackson was earlier than Friday’s sitting of Ballyshannon District Court docket.

The 34-year-old, with an tackle at Drumfinn Avenue, Ballyfermot in Dublin, is charged with harmful driving offences within the townlands of Coolcholly, Cherrymount, Sminver, Ballinacarrick, Ballyhanna, City Parks and Camp.

Jackson can be charged with sticking his fingers as much as gardai within the townland of Coolcholly.

Choose Patricia Cronin made an order directing that disclosure be made to Jackson’s solicitor, Mr Gerry McGovern.

Inspector Angela Cummins agreed with the adjournment of the case till Might 3.
