A Letterkenny man has averted conviction after squaring as much as Gardai on patrol.
Joseph Dorrian, aged 23, of Rahan, Letterkenny, was earlier than Letterkenny District Court docket following an incident on July 16, 2023.
Sergeant Jim Collins instructed the court docket that Gardai had been on patrol when a person got here in the direction of the patrol automotive together with his arms outstretched, shouting abuse.
