Conor Clarke was granted bail after a €1,000 money lodgement was put ahead on his behalf.

The 32-year-old was remanded in custody when he appeared earlier than Dungloe District Courtroom on Tuesday, however was granted bail on Friday when he was dropped at Ballyshannon District Courtroom.

Clarke, of O’Kane Park in Strabane, has been charged with alleged offences at Station Street, Bundoran, on February 12, 2024.

Clarke is charged with assaulting a named girl at that location.

He’s charged with taking possession of a mechanically propelled automobile with out the consent of the proprietor, the identical one that was the alleged sufferer of the assault.

Clarke can be charged with stealing €700 and stealing a cell phone from the identical girl.

Inspector Angela Cummins informed the courtroom that instructions are required on some issues.
