A person has appeared in court docket charged with inflicting €18,000 of legal harm to a home in Letterkenny.
Joseph Colhoun appeared at Letterkenny Circuit Courtroom the place he pleaded responsible to a single cost of legal harm at An Clarach, Killyclug in Letterkenny.
The harm was triggered to the property owned by Edward McGettigan on November twenty seventh, 2022.
The 41-year-old, who’s initially from Lifford, has been in custody for the reason that incident.
He admitted damaging the lounge, carpets, lavatory, rest room, kitchen desk and chair, bedrooms, bannisters and wardrobes of the property after it was flooded.
