Congratulations to LAC member Naoise Enright who claimed first place within the Letterkenny Neighborhood Centre 5km which was held along with Mates of Letterkenny College Hospital.
LAC’s Fern Duffy had an eventful day in Belfast on Financial institution Vacation Monday when she completed in 1st place within the Membership Senior Ladies’s triple soar. Nicely finished Fern.
Congratulations can also be because of clubman Marc Wallace who received the inaugural Malin RNLI Tower to City Problem in a time of 54:50.
A 5km street race in Ballyshannon over the weekend noticed 4 LAC members take part (important pic).
The primary LAC member to cross the road was Michael Harkin with a private better of 17:19, Barry Mackey ran 18:37, Peter Gallagher ran 19:16 and Fintan Smith completed in a time of 20:14. Michael Freeburn accomplished the 5km in 27:21. Within the Dún Luiche 5 km race membership member Manus McFadden accomplished the race in 20:23.

LAC meets Tuesday 5.15pm and at 6.30pm for an interval operating session, Thursday night for a hill run at 6pm, Saturday morning at 9.30am for a tempo run and Sunday morning at 8am for a long term.
All runs begin on the Aura. All ranges catered for and inspired.
Match 4 Life which is run by LAC along with the Donegal Sports activities Partnership takes place each Monday at 5.45pm on the monitor on the Aura Leisure Centre Letterkenny.
The intention of the programme is to succeed in out to those that want to enhance their health and all are most welcome any Monday they select to attend.
Match 4 Life shouldn’t be about pace however health and the coaches from LAC notably welcome newcomers.
