A battle between two rival ice-cream salesmen seems to have melted.

Businessmen Jim Chambers, aged 62 and Stephen Cole, aged 40, appeared at Falcarragh District Courtroom in Co Donegal.

The pair are accused of a sequence of incidents after they arrange on the identical beachside promoting pitch.
