High seeds and present Donegal Worldwide Rally champions Callum Devine and co-driver Noel O Sullivan made it a Donegal double in 2023 with victory within the Mini Levels in west Donegal in the present day of their VW Polo GTI R5.
The winners had been quickest over the opening three levels to determine an excellent lead however after dropping a while over Stage 4 and seeing Stage 5 cancelled they took a simply over 7 second lead into the sixth and closing stage.
