West Donegal man to face trial on 59 intercourse abuse costs

A West Donegal man will go on trial over 59 alleged historic intercourse offences.

The person, who’s aged in his 60s, has been served with a e-book of proof.

The accused man, who can’t be named for authorized causes right now, appeared earlier than Falcarragh District Court docket on Wednesday morning.

Twenty of the 59 costs relate to alleged incidents of indecent assault with the others alleged incidents of sexual assault, all of which date from the Seventies, Nineteen Eighties and Nineties at places in County Donegal.
