A younger Letterkenny man has appeared in court docket charged with possessing cocaine.
Cormac Finn was earlier than Letterkenny District Court docket on Thursday.
A 23-year-old of Borehill, Letterkenny, Finn was charged with an offence opposite to part 3 of the Misuse of Medicine Act, 1977.
Sergeant Maurice Doyle advised the court docket that gardai searched the defendant at 1.22am on December 30, 2022 on Pearse Street, Letterkenny.
Finn was searched underneath the Misuse of Medicine Act. Sergeant Doyle advised the court docket {that a} small bag containing cocaine, valued at €35.
The court docket heard that Finn has no earlier convictions.
